History

Dean has been an avid blogger for two years now. He registered his first blog with what was then Blogspot, a sort of unofficial online newspaper for his elementary school. Later, he created his first blog, whose name he admits was crappy, to say the least: Mind Bank (http://mindbank.blogspot.com). That blog does not exist anymore today, and Dean considers it a piece of his personal blogging past lost.

For a while, Dean departed the world of blogging, and soon realized that that was a stupid thing to do. He experimented with different blog hosts–VelocityBlog, i3log, WordPress–but later reunited with Blogger. He blogged on Vado Torva, a now nonexistent blog, and more recently, Qwerty Confessions.

Recent problems with Blogger found Dean switching to the more-reliable WordPress, and he blogs on this weblog today. Dean almost never uses the in-browser post creator to create and edit posts; instead, he uses Windows Live Writer and publishes his posts to his blog.
